When can I access my storage unit?

Once a tenant, you will receive a personalized PIN number to access the facility. Access is granted 7 days a week between 6am and 9pm. You will need to provide your own padlock to secure your individual unit. If you dont have a lock, no worries, we sell them in the rental office for about $12.00.

How do I pay my bill?

Our most popular option is auto pay. Our system will automatically charge your form of payment on your anniversary day each month. You can also pay your bill online, by using a credit/debit card or electronic check. Our friendly staff is also available if you would like to stop by the rental office to pay in person using cash, check or card.

What types of leases are offered?

We offer simple and affordable month to month leases. No long term contracts, so you can cancel at any time.

What documentation is needed to rent?

Please bring a valid form of ID such as a driver’s license, passport or military ID.

Am I able to purchase boxes and supplies?

We have boxes, bubble wrap, furniture covers and so much more available in the rental office.

Do you offer any military discounts?

We offer a 10% off discount for active duty military. Give us a call for information about our latest specials.
